APPLICATION
Open all hook closures and lay the open brace over your lower leg/calf/shin location.
Slowly attach each of the 3 hook panels by overlapping over the grey material and closing.
Close the top panel first, followed by the lowest panel and then the middle panel.
Do not apply to tightly yet.
Make sure the brace is flat on the leg and ensure it is positioned exactly where you want it.
You may now increase the pressure of each tab by opening each strap and closing it more tightly.
Medium to mild pressure is sufficient although you may apply the brace to your perfect comfort level.
May be worn directly over skin.

Before first use, disassemble and wash thoroughly with soapy water and rinse until clean.
Extend nozzle firmly until secured and sealed and fill bottle with lukewarm water.
Add 1 Tbsp Epsom Salt for maximum cleanse and mix to dissolve.
Screw nozzle cap securely and remove the tip from the sprout.
While seated on the toilet turn the bottle upside down between your legs.
Aim the curved end of the sprout to the intended area to cleanse.
Gently squeeze the bottle and add pressure until your desired flow is reached.
Release and repeat as needed.

Add in a mixture of heavily iced water until suitably cold.
Dry, wrap in a towel or use a cover if available.

Ice packs are usually applied to an injured or sore area at least 3 times a day for as long as you have pain, swelling, and inflammation.
In the first 72 hours, it is recommended to ice for 10 minutes, once an hour.
HOT USE

Be sure to take care to not burn yourself.

How to choose between 7" and 9" height?
Some stool are available in 2 heights. 7" (178mm) or 9" (229mm).
When this option exists the first thing to do is measure the height of your toilet from the floor to the seat.
Between 14 and 16 inches (355-406mm) you should choose a 7" (178mm) stool.
Over 16" inches (356mm) you should choose a 9" (229mm) stool.
Some people may desire to have their knees placed higher and so could therefore choose the taller stool, even if the range specifies the smaller one. This is a personal decision based on your choice.
It could be said that the taller stool suits more experienced squatters.

Stiffness and tension can often be relieved after 15 to 20 minutes of heat therapy.
Used in cases of arthritis, sinus, muscle spasm, back ache, gout, hay fever, period pain, tension, stress, shoulder injury, neck pain.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
COLD USE
Remove gel pack and insert into a freezer for at least 2 ½ hours prior to use.
Ideally we suggest to keep a gel pack in the freezer until you need it.
Altenatively you may place the gel pack in a mixture of heavily iced water until suitably cold.
Remove from the freezer or iced water.
Dry, wrap in a towel or use a cover if provided and apply over the area using RICE guidelines of Rest/Ice/Compression/Elevation after trauma.
Gel packs are usually applied to an injured or sore area at least 3 times a day for as long as you have pain, swelling, and inflammation.
In the first 72 hours, it is recommended to ice for 10 minutes, once an hour.
HOT USE
MICROWAVE METHOD
Heating times are based on an 800W microwave.
Adjust heating times accordingly to suit the power of your microwave. It may take a few goes to get it right.
Always heat pack from room temperature - never from frozen.
Microwave the gel pack ONLY - never the fabric, cover or strap.
Monitor whilst heating - If the pack swells, turn off the microwave immediately and wait for swelling to subside.
Place the gel pack flat on the microwave turntable, close the door and heat for 20 seconds on HIGH.
Remove the gel pack USING AN OVEN GLOVE OR TOWEL and test the temperature.
If the edges are warm and the middle cold, move the gel around inside the pack to distribute the heat.
Re-Flatten and return to the microwave for another 10-20 seconds.
Always keep an eye on it at all times.
Repeat above steps until desired heat is achieved.
Once the pack is sufficiently warm, wrap it in a towel or place it in a cover (if available) and lay it over the part of your body that needs the heat.
Please pay close attention to these points.
Don't make the pack too hot so as to risk burning yourself.
Medically, there is no advantage to anything more than gentle warmth.
Don’t heat the pack for more than 10-20 seconds at a time.
The plastic may melt at the edges if heated too aggressively.
Short bursts are best.
In the unlikely event that you damage the pack, allow the gel to cool completely before attempting to clean it up.

FIT and CARE GUIDE
Half fill a saucepan with water & bring to the boil.
Remove from heat source & leave to stand for 30 seconds.
Carefully place the mouthguard into HOT water for 90 seconds exactly & remove with a slotted spoon.
Cool guard under cold water for 1 second & quickly begin the fitting process.
Look into a mirror. Line up the guard with the centre line of your upper teeth. Bite down firmly into the guard and suck in strongly.
Use fingers to press edges of the guard into the upper teeth & gum line through the lips, & cheek.
Continue to do this for a further 20 seconds.
Remove the mouthguard & run under cold water for 30 seconds.
Place the guard back into your mouth and test for a good fit.
Repeat the process if fit is not accurate enough.
If necessary trim excess material a little at a time with sharp scissors.
Take great care not to damage the guard by cutting off too much.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE
For general use no harm is done in using the product 24 hrs a day, although we recommend it be taken off periodically to clean and to allow the skin a chance to breathe.
Special care should be taken when the product gets wet . Moist skin can in time become infected.

Lay brace flat on a table, blue side up and insert thumb into thumb hole.
Splint should be running along the underside of your wrist.
Hold brace firmly with fingers and wrap around base of wrist.

Adjust thumb wrap (found at the top, most narrow part of the brace) to comfortably fit your thumb.
This may be adjusted several times until the best fit is found.
Insert your thumb through the brace and into the closed thumb segment.
Position the splint so it runs centrally along the outside of the thumb & ends at the wrist.
Thread the wrist strap through the buckle and reverse back to firmly close the wrist strap. Now adjust for comfort.
