Shipping, Returns & Options
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery address of your order.
You’ll be able to review all charges before completing your purchase.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on the product and supplier. Please refer to each product listing for estimated delivery timeframes.
Your order confirmation will include an estimated delivery window; however, these are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.
Wodeton is not responsible for delays once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods
- Regular Shipping: Delivered via Australia Post or Direct Express for bulky items.
- Bulky Items: Items exceeding 100cm in any dimension or over 20kg are shipped via Direct Express.
- Free Shipping: Not currently available.
Note: Bulky items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
Important Shipping Information
- All orders include tracking details.
- Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Some products may have extended processing times.
- Authority to Leave (ATL): Orders may be left in a safe location if no one is available, unless deemed unsafe by the courier.
- PO Boxes are not accepted for bulky or extra bulky items.
Wodeton is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
If there is any issue with your delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to assist. Please note that courier delays or delivery issues may be outside of our control once the order has been dispatched.
Returns Policy
Change of Mind Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase for change-of-mind returns.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in new condition.
- In original, undamaged packaging.
- With all tags attached.
- Not used as external packaging, for example shoe boxes must be placed inside another box.

Please include:
- A copy of your receipt, or
- A note with your Tax Invoice number and contact details.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return labels are available starting from $10.95.
Refunds & Store Credit
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process either:
- A refund to your original payment method, or
- A store credit for future purchases.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges due to stock availability.
If you need a different item, we recommend:
- Returning your original purchase.
- Using your store credit to place a new order.
Gift With Purchase (GWP)
If your order included a gift with purchase, the gift must also be returned.
If not returned, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
