We want you to feel confident shopping with Wodeton.
Eligible purchases are covered by our 30-Day Change of Mind Returns Policy, while your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain fully protected.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Be unused and in new condition
- Include all original packaging
- Include all manuals, accessories, components and tags
- Be returned in a resaleable condition
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or tax invoice)
Please protect the original product packaging during return shipping. Product packaging should not be used as the external shipping carton.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for change of mind:
- Gift cards
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Any product specifically identified as non-returnable
How to Start a Return
To request a return:
- Contact our Customer Support team at customerservice@wodeton.com.au.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- If your return is approved, we'll provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
- Carefully package the item and send it to the address below.

Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
Return labels may be available from as little as $10.95.
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied item, Wodeton will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method unless store credit has been requested.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, although processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
To ensure the fastest possible service, we do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like another size, colour, or product, simply:
- Return your original item, and
- Place a new order once your return has been approved.
Gift With Purchase
If your order included a Gift With Purchase (GWP), the gift must also be returned when returning the qualifying item.
If the gift is not returned, its value may be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
We'll assess the issue promptly and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Where a product has a major failure or does not meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy as provided by law.
