Warranty Information

At Wodeton, we want you to shop with confidence. We stand behind the products we sell and are committed to helping you if something goes wrong.

Products purchased from Wodeton may be covered by a manufacturer or supplier warranty where applicable. Your purchase is also protected by the consumer guarantees available under Australian Consumer Law.

Manufacturer & Supplier Warranties

Warranty coverage varies between products, brands and manufacturers.

Where a specific warranty applies, information about the warranty period and conditions may be provided on the product page, product packaging, instruction manual or documentation supplied with the product.

If you would like to confirm the warranty applicable to a particular product, please contact our Customer Support team.

Australian Consumer Law

All products sold by Wodeton come with rights and consumer guarantees that may apply under Australian Consumer Law.

These rights exist independently of any manufacturer or supplier warranty and cannot be excluded by our policies.

Depending on the circumstances, if a product fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy provided by law.

Nothing in this Warranty Information page is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies available to you under Australian Consumer Law.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you experience a problem with a product purchased from Wodeton, please contact our Customer Support team at service@wodeton.com.au.

To help us assess your claim efficiently, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name and contact details

  • The name of the affected product

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the fault or damage, where applicable

  • Any other relevant information that may assist with the assessment

We may ask for additional information or reasonable troubleshooting to help identify the issue.

Warranty Assessment

Depending on the product and nature of the issue, your claim may need to be assessed by Wodeton, the supplier, manufacturer or an authorised service provider.

In some circumstances, the product may need to be inspected or tested before the appropriate remedy can be determined.

Please contact us before returning a product. Our Customer Support team will provide return instructions where a return or inspection is required.

Repairs, Replacements & Refunds

The appropriate solution will depend on the nature of the issue, the applicable warranty and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Depending on the circumstances, a resolution may include:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Replacement parts

  • Refund

  • Another remedy available under Australian Consumer Law

Where Australian Consumer Law gives you the right to choose a particular remedy, those rights will apply regardless of any manufacturer or supplier warranty terms.

What May Not Be Covered by a Manufacturer's Warranty

Subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, manufacturer or supplier warranties may exclude problems caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental or physical damage

  • Misuse or improper use

  • Failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions

  • Incorrect installation or assembly

  • Unauthorised modifications or repairs

  • Neglect or inadequate maintenance

  • Damage caused by external events or inappropriate storage

Warranty conditions vary by product and manufacturer. Any exclusions under a manufacturer's warranty do not exclude rights you may otherwise have under Australian Consumer Law.

Returning a Faulty Product

Please do not return a product without first contacting our Customer Support team.

If a return is required, we'll provide instructions on where and how the product should be returned.

Where Wodeton is responsible for reasonable return costs under Australian Consumer Law, those costs will be handled accordingly.

Change of Mind Returns

Warranty claims and change-of-mind returns are handled differently.

If your product is not faulty but you have changed your mind, eligible products may be returned under our 80-Day Change of Mind Returns Policy, subject to the conditions and exclusions in our Returns & Refund Policy.
