2. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Wodeton reserves the right to:
- Accept or decline any order at its discretion
- Limit quantities supplied
- Request additional verification before processing an order
We primarily sell to end consumers. Orders from resellers, exporters, or wholesalers may be declined unless approved in writing.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in colour or appearance.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD)
- International pricing (if shown) is indicative only
- Additional taxes, duties, or import charges may apply depending on your location
All orders are subject to payment verification and fraud screening. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order deemed high-risk or unauthorised.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is subject to our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Use.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been processed.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.
All returns and refunds are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
7. Warranty & Repairs
Where applicable, products may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Wodeton will assist customers in lodging warranty claims where appropriate.
If a product is deemed faulty:
- It may be repaired, replaced, or refunded
- Outcomes are subject to manufacturer assessment
We will assist in facilitating communication but are not responsible for manufacturer processing times.
8. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Refunds for purchases made with gift cards will be issued back to the original gift card or purchaser where applicable.
9. Promotions & Discounts
- Promotions are valid for limited periods only
- Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated
- Discounts do not apply to gift cards or selected items
If an item purchased on promotion is returned, refunds will reflect the discounted purchase price.
10. Special Orders
Custom, bulk, or corporate orders may not be refundable.
Cancellation requests may incur a fee and are not guaranteed once processing has begun.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Wodeton is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss arising from third-party services or linked websites
Nothing in these terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

13. Errors & Corrections
We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing, product descriptions, or availability.
If an order is affected, we may cancel it and issue a full refund.
