How to Use

  • Position gel buttress over achilles tendon and secure around ankle.
  • Wrap stirrup strap under foot and attach on opposite side of ankle.
  • Place foot in shoe and close laces to secure.
  • May be worn with bare feet.
  • You should feel firm compression and protection.
  • Compression to be firm, yet not too tight so as to restrict.
