Squash the bag down to expel air and close the lid tightly. 3. Position the bag over the injured body area and attach the straps to the bag while placing the ice bag lid through the hole. 4. Tighten velcro straps to ensure comfortable compression against the injured area. (Do not tighten too far to cause discomfort)
