MORGAN RESISTANCE TRAINER SLINGSHOT
The Morgan Slingshot Trainer resistance band helps enhance speed through Overspeed training. This device is used to increase sprinting speeds above normal, providing the most effective training to become fast in a short period of time. It also helps maximise strength, speed, and vertical jumping. Used to train at any angle (for multidirectional quickness and power), the belt attaches to the runner's waits and the partner holds a reinforced dual webbed power loop.

This weight lifting straps usesa 100% re-enforced cotton fabric with additional neoprene wrist inserts allows you to grip the bar with your hands and transfer weight from your hands into your arms as the primary weight bearer. With the figure 8 strap, you place your hand through one of the loops, place the strap next to the bar, then place your hand through the other loop. This allows you to naturally grip the bar while transferring the load-bearing away from your hands and into your arms.
