Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined by the size, weight, and delivery address of your order, and will be calculated at checkout. You can review the total charges before confirming your purchase.
Shipping Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes vary by product and listing. Check each item's listing for estimated delivery times. Your order confirmation will include estimated delivery details, but please note these are estimates, not guarantees. External factors like weather, holidays, and courier delays may affect delivery. Wodeton is not responsible for transit delays.
Shipping Methods
- Regular Shipping: Shipped via Australia Post or Direct Express for bulky items.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $99 within Australia, excluding international orders EXCLUDING bulky items.
- Bulky Items: Larger items (exceeding 100cm in width/height or over 20kg) are shipped via Regular Shipping with Direct Express. They cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
Important Shipping Info
- All orders include tracking, and dispatch happens Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Some items may have longer processing times.
- Authority to Leave (ATL): Parcels may be left in a safe location if no one is home, unless deemed unsafe.
- PO Boxes are not available for bulky or extra bulky items.
- Wodeton is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels during transit. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Returns Policy
We offer a change-of-mind return policy within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- In new, unused condition with no signs of wear.
- In their original undamaged packaging, with product tags still attached.
- Not used as outer packaging (e.g., shoe boxes must be placed inside another box).

Please include a copy of your receipt or a note with the Tax Invoice number and contact details. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We offer return labels starting at $10.95.
Refunds & Store Credit
Once your return is received and assessed, we’ll provide a store credit or refund, depending on your request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and store credits allow you to shop with us again.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges, as stock may not be available. Instead, store credit will be issued, which can be used to purchase any in-stock items
Special Order Items
Custom orders or bulk purchases cannot be returned.
Gift with Purchase (GWP)
If returning an item with a gift, the gift must also be returned, or its value will be deducted from your refund. For any issues with your product or returns, please contact us at service@wodeton.com.au.
