Wodeton Returns
You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your
order from Wodeton for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return: The item must be unused,
in the same condition that you received it, and in the
original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase from
Wodeton is required.
Wodeton Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns,
Including:
- Gift cards.
- Personalized or custom-made products from Wodeton.
- Downloadable software or digital products from Wodeton.
Wodeton Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at service@wodeton.com.au. Wodeton will provide you with instructions and a return shipping label, if applicable.
Wodeton Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by Wodeton, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. This can take several business days depending on your payment provider.
Wodeton Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item purchased from Wodeton for a different size, color, or style, please contact us to initiate the exchange process.
Wodeton Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs to Wodeton, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Wodeton Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item from Wodeton, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or full refund.

Wodeton Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund from Wodeton:
The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of
purchase. The item must be in its original condition and
packaging. Proof of purchase from Wodeton must be provided.
Wodeton Refund Process
Once we’ve received your returned item from Wodeton and inspected it, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed and credited back to the original payment method.
Wodeton Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be
granted by Wodeton:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has
missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that
is returned more than 30 days after delivery from Wodeton.
Wodeton Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Check your bank account again. Contact your credit card
company, as it may take some time before your refund is
officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have
not received your refund, please contact us at
