We offer a range of delivery options depending on the product you purchase, its availability and the delivery service available for your order.
The estimated delivery timeframe for each product is displayed on Wodeton to help you understand when to expect your order.
Our Delivery Options
Express Delivery — 1–2 Days
Available on selected products that are ready for fast dispatch.
Where Express Delivery is available, your order is prioritised for dispatch and sent using an express delivery service.
Estimated delivery: 1–2 days from order
Standard Delivery — 3–5 Days
Our Standard Delivery option applies to products that are available for regular dispatch.
Once your order is confirmed, your item is prepared and dispatched to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Marketplace Delivery — 7–10 Days
Selected products available through Wodeton may be supplied and dispatched by one of our marketplace sellers.
Delivery timeframes can vary between marketplace products, with the applicable estimated delivery timeframe displayed when you shop.

Special Order Delivery
Some products require additional processing or preparation before they are ready for delivery. These products are identified as Special Order Delivery (SOD) items.
Depending on the product and availability, Special Order items may be offered with either a Priority or Standarddelivery option.
Special Order Delivery — Priority
Available on selected Special Order products where a faster delivery service can be provided.
Special Order Delivery — Standard
Our regular delivery service for Special Order products.
The estimated delivery timeframe applicable to your Special Order product will be displayed when you shop.
How Delivery Works
1. Place your order
Once your order is confirmed, we begin preparing your item for dispatch.
2. Your order is prepared
Your order is processed according to the delivery option applicable to the product you have purchased.
3. Your order is dispatched
Once dispatched, we will provide tracking information where available.
4. Delivery to your address
Your order is delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Which Delivery Time Applies to My Order?
Delivery times vary depending on the product, availability and delivery option.
As a guide:
- Express Delivery: 1–2 days from order
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 days from order
- Marketplace Delivery: 7–10 days from order
- Special Order Delivery — Priority: Estimated timeframe displayed with the product
- Special Order Delivery — Standard: Estimated timeframe displayed with the product
The delivery option and estimated timeframe applicable to your product will be displayed when you shop with Wodeton.
Tracking Your Order
We will send order and dispatch updates using the contact details provided at checkout.
Where carrier tracking is available, tracking details will be included with your dispatch notification.
Orders With Multiple Items
If you order multiple products, they may have different delivery options and may arrive separately.
For example, an item available for Express or Standard Delivery may arrive before a Marketplace or Special Order item purchased in the same order.
Where available, we will provide separate tracking or delivery updates for each shipment.
Delivery Timeframes
Our delivery timeframes are estimates and are provided as a guide rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
Actual delivery times can vary depending on your location, product availability, carrier conditions, weekends, peak trading periods and public holidays.
If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you with an update.
