  • Place the support neatly around your lower waist from behind.

  • Close at front with sufficient pressure with comfort.
  • There is no time specific limit that one should wear the brace. Wear it for as long and whenever you would ike to.
  • You may sleep in the brace if necessary however whilst lying in bed you should not need it.
