5. How long is the order lead time?
Sample order: Normally, we will deliver samples within 3 weeks. Bulk order: Delivery time for Bulk order depends on many factors and requires further communication, we will make sure you will not miss the
sales season. We keep some stock for non-customized products, but the stock level may change according to the sales, please feel free to contact us for more updated information.
6. Accept urgent order?
Urgent order depends on the inventory of raw materials and factory production scheduling, need to communicate with the factory to confirm, in order not to delay your winter product sales, please place the sample order as early as possible and start bulk order production as soon as possible. When there is enough time, bulk orders can be shipped by sea to minimize logistics costs, and in emergencies, we can also arrange airfreight for our customers.
7. Any warranty?
We have defective product claim policy for defects due to the manufacturing issues. We offer a 2-year warranty on Ski and Snowboard products and a 1-year warranty on the other products.
8. Can you provide information about the product?
Of course we can, in order to facilitate your sales, we will provide you with accurate product information, such as product parameters, materials, pictures, the selling points of the product and so on. In addition, we provide free manual design service for ODM customers.
